I recently brought my 2024 Toyota 4Runner to Checkered Flag Toyota for routine maintenance. The service itself was excellent, and I appreciated that no unnecessary repairs or services were recommended.
I did have a concern during checkout. I was verbally quoted one total, but after reviewing my receipt I realized a newly implemented 3% credit card processing fee had been added. While there was a small notice posted at the counter, the fee was not verbally discussed before my payment was processed, which led to some confusion.

“Pam” the ai assistant with the obnoxiously loud background noise (typing and chattering), is unhelpful, and insanely annoying to deal with. Stop being cheap, just have a real human pick up the phone.
Marc Baker and the rest of the staff were amazing. Marc took the time to print out the comparison chart so I could decide which Tundra trim I would like. Once things got rolling with the paperwork, everything moved fast, and the facility was nice and clean as well... amazing experience!!!

I came in for an oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation all at a great price in comparison to other dealers! Wayne got me taken care of and out of there before sundown despite it being a 5:00 pm appointment. I would definitely use the late night service option again as it’s very convenient and you can get an appointment as late as 7:00pm. Overall I am very satisfied, I purchased my Lexus from the BMW location and have had nothing but great experiences with Checkered flag!

They do good work but it takes forever. Hour or more wait to get a ride home. The average visit with travel both ways takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
