I asked if there was a specific vehicle in stock. I received multiple email responses with multiple contradictions. One email would tell me that there were three in stock. Then I would receive another email saying there are none in stock This went on numerous times. Poor communication!! I've already delete the emails so I'm not sure who I was speaking with.

Vehicle in for first 5K service, basically a tire rotation. Also wanted to get trunk kick release working. Initially told I would have to pay a $179 diagnostic fee. I have called my service advisor multiple times and asked for a call back. No response. This has happened several times. What prevents the courtesy of a return call? It is poor practice to ignore the requests of a customer to has spent over $50,000 for a new vehicle and cannot get the service advisor to respond. Terrible

It is very sad when you have been a customer for 22 years and the dealership does you wrong. I needed a small thing done to my car as the TECH did not do it. Sales person within 5 minutes of sitting in his office asked for dealerships markup. I am in market for 2023 Tundra. They would not even tell me exactly how much is the markup until I finalize the deal. They contacted me and now calling it “ Market Adjustment”. These guys are not honest, I can not do business with dishonest dealers.
Very deceptive business practice. Their "fixed/no haggle" price is designed to cheat the customer. In my situation I was forced to pay $5000 over msrp which I agreed to. Then when they "valued" my trade they didn't even enter the correct options and offered me $2000 less than market value. The moment I walked it they were nothing but professional. Sales man Jordan, had the car waiting for me and everything. Got the trade in value above expected and they put me in my new car. Went to buy a car. The sales rep Alan agreed upon a price with us knowing it would be delivered, and days after, wanted to charge us another $800 in delivery fees. I am not happy with them at all. I've had two transmissions replaced . The first i had the car a month. The second was 6 months later. They charged my AUL contract on the second one that wasn't even in effect yet. They left me under the impression that they had covered it because it was faulty. Now when I called AUL they said my coverage was already used . i have been jerked around continuously by this company

Now there's something else wrong with my car and y'all are charging me another $671 just to identify the problem.
